Doctors Christopher Sims and Daniel Kauffmann are truly dedicated to patient satisfaction. Personalized dental care has been their goal for over thirty years. With a conveniently located office in the heart of St. Matthews, Dr. Sims and Dr. Kauffmann have developed a loyal and strong relationship with all of their patients. Dental Services
At Family Dentistry we provide a variety of services for our patients. We offer general and cosmetic dentistry services, as well as IV Sedation Dentistry!
Oral Surgery
Dr. Kauffmann has advanced training in oral surgery, completing a 1 year oral surgery internship upon completion of dental school. His training has equipped him with extensive knowledge in oral surgery and sedation techniques to provide optimum comfort for patients.
Digital X-Rays
State of the art digital x-ray sensors allow office staff to obtain high resolution images in just seconds which significantly cuts down on procedure and appointment time, making your dental visit more efficient and comfortable.
Cosmetic Solutions
At Kauffmann and Sims Dentistry, we provide a wide variety of solutions for your cosmetic needs. We believe that the best long term solution for your cosmetic needs is to be as conservative as possible.
Teeth Whitening
At Kauffmann and Sims Dentistry, we offer a variety of whitening services such as ZOOM! Whitening, ZOOM! DayWhite, ZOOM! NiteWhite and At Home Whitening Treatment.
Endodontic/Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is required in several circumstances, including large cavities, infections, unresolved pain, or exposed pulp chambers (the inner layer of the tooth). During the process, we carefully remove the nerve from the tooth and rid any infection or pain.
Anesthesia
Kauffmann and Sims Dentistry offers two types of dental Anesthesia which include IV Moderate Sedation and Nitrous Oxide. State of the art monitoring equipment and treatment planning process ensures an easy, comfortable, and safe environment.
